Architect Arthur Hills has once again created a master piece. The Arthur Hills Course of Palmetto Hall was named one of the country's "Top 10 New Resort Courses for 1991" by Golf Magazine. The heavily treed course is dominated by undulating surface from tee to green. Year Opened Spring 1991, renovated and reopened Fall 2005.

The Arthur Hills course in Plmetto Hall is one of my favorites. You are challenged to hit every club in the bag while being creative.
THe first hole is long and narrow except in the landing area. Then a shot to a narrow green tilted to the right favors a fade to avoid the trouble on both sides. Number is 2 is then finesse and distance control requiring you to undersatnd the angles to the many different pin positions. Variety all the way
